GYMNASTICS & TUMBLING COACH
- Lead fun, safe, and engaging gymnastics and tumbling classes for children of all ages and skill levels
- Teach foundational skills while promoting confidence, strength, and a love for movemen
- Create a positive class environment through encouragement, clear instruction, and strong safety awareness
NINJA COACH
- Lead high energy ninja classes focused on agility, strength, coordination, and obstacle based challenges
- Teach proper technique and safety while encouraging confidence, problem solving, and perseverance
- Create an exciting and inclusive class environment that keeps kids motivated, active, and having fun
GYM SKILLS CAREER GROWTH PROGRAM
FROM FIRST LEADER STEPS TO FUTURE COACHES
Our Career Growth Program creates a structured path for young leaders to learn, grow, and lead at Gym Skills. Beginning with volunteer opportunities and progressing into coaching roles, participants gain real world experience, training, and mentorship in a supportive environment that values growth, accountability, and confidence.
DEVELOPMENTAL COACH
- Ages 14-16
- Assist the Senior Coaches and Coaches in Training
- Learn Leadership and Coaching Skills
- Must love working with kids
- Positive and Enthusiastic
COACH IN TRAINING
- Ages 16-18
- Work alongside Senior Coaches
- Develop and enhance coaching and leadership skills
- In Depth Training
- Must love working with kids
- Positive and Enthusiastic
SENIOR COACH
- Lead different classes and programs including: Gymnastics, Tumbling, Ninja, Team, Clinics, Birthday Partys, Camps, Open Gyms and More
