Class Policies

ENROLL AT ANY TIME!

IN ORDER TO ENROLL FOR A CLASS, A CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

  • Automatic payment will be processed on the 1st of every month.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY ENROLLMENT

  • Tuition will be pro-rated upon your 1st month if applicable. Remaining months will be on an automatic monthly enrollment basis.

Annual registration fee

  • All new enrollments must pay $75 Annual Class Registration Fee upon enrollment (excluding Gym Tots, Preschool and Gym Stars Classes). Sibling Registration Fee is $40 for each additional sibling. Registration fee includes recommended attire for class.

    $60 Annual Class Registration Fee upon enrollment for (Gym Tots, Preschool and Gym Stars classes ONLY). Sibling Registration Fee is $25 for each additional sibling. Registration Fee includes recommended attire for class.

LATE CHARGES

  • A $20 late fee will be charged to your account if class tuition is not paid by the 8th of the month. After the 8th of the month an additional late charge of $5 will be added each day until the 10th of the month. After the 10th of the month your child will be dropped from the program.

MONTHLY CLASS TUITION

  • CC's Gym Tots/Gym Explorers (35 minutes) - $86/month

  • Gym Adventurers (45 minutes) - $98/month

  • Gym Champs 1/Tumble Champs 1/Ninja Champs/Boys Gymnastics/Tumble Champs 2/Beginner Acro Champs (60 minutes) - $106/month

  • Gym Champs 2 and 3 (90 minutes)- $134/month

PRIVATE LESSONS, SEMI-PRIVATE, CREATE A CLASS

1-ON-1 PRIVATE LESSONS (PRICES VARY BASED ON COACHES EXPERIENCE)

  • $160 (4 (30 min) lessons) – with Gym Skills Coach

  • $180 (4 (30 min) lessons) – with Gym Skills Coach

  • $200 (4 (30 min) lessons) – with Gym Skills Coach

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS (2 ON 1 WITH COACH)

  • $120 (4 (30 min) lessons) – per child/with Gym Skills Coach

  • $145 (4 (45 min) lessons) – per child/with Gym Skills Coach

  • $160 (4 (60 min) lessons) - per child/with Gym Skills Coach

CREATE-A-CLASS (3 OR MORE PARTICIPANTS)

  • $125 (4 (45 min lessons) – per child/with Gym Skills Coach

  • $150 (4 (60 min lessons) – per child/with Gym Skills Coach

DISCOUNTS

  • 10% off Sibling Discount for all Classes and Programs! (expect private lessons/semi-private lessons/create-a-class)

MAKE-UP POLICY

  • As a courtesy we allow one make-up per month. Please contact the office before your child's scheduled class to inform them of your child not attending to receive a make-up class. In months where holidays, gym closings, snow days, etc. affect the schedule of classes, make up days will be scheduled accordingly.

  • Make-ups are allowed when the requested class size permits.

  • You must pre-register for make-up classes through the office or request through the parent portal.

  • Make-up classes do not transfer to future months.

  • We will not offer make-up classes for missed make-up classes.

  • No credits or refunds will be given for classes not made up.

MIN. CLASS SIZE

  • All classes must have at least 3 children

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

  • Members are required to notify us 30 days prior to withdrawing. Your child's withdrawal date will follow 30 days after notification. Please notify us by email only - INFO@GYMSKILLS.COM.
