Step into our Gym Skills' Gym Tots class designed especially for little ones walking age to 3.5 years old! In this lively and interactive class, toddlers and their parents will explore the exciting world of movement, balance, and coordination in a safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced instructors, our sessions incorporate fun activities such as jumping, crawling, beginner tumbling, and basic gymnastics skills tailored to their developmental stage. Through colorful mats, soft obstacles, and age-appropriate equipment, toddlers will delight in discovering their physical abilities while building confidence and social skills. Join us for a playful adventure where every hop, twist, and giggle is celebrated!

Join us for an exciting gymnastics journey in our Gym Skills' Gym Explorers class designed for children aged 3.5 to 6 years old! Our class focuses on introducing students to fundamental gymnastics skills under the guidance of our skilled instructors. Children will embark on a learning adventure, mastering basic gymnastics techniques while developing balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination through engaging drills and activities. From gymnastics-themed games to obstacle courses, each session is packed with fun and learning, allowing children to experience the joy of gymnastics while staying active and healthy!

Designed for high-energy boys and girls, our classes offer the ultimate thrill of learning ninja-style movements and techniques. All the fun happens in a safe and controlled environment, so you can focus on channeling your inner warrior and having a blast!

Junior High & High School Cheerleaders

60 minute classes

Whether you're honing your skills for the sidelines or the competition mat, our class promises to take your tumbling abilities to new heights while fostering teamwork and spirit!

GYMNASTICS, FITNESS, AND FUN - ANYWHERE!

Our Mobile Gym allows children to enjoy an age-appropriate, hands-on introduction to a wide range of activities in a fun, safe and non-competitive environment. Classes begin for children ages 2 & Up. We offer a variety of enrichment classes for Schools, Childcare Centers, Church Daycares, and Rec Centers. Our classes include Gymnastics, Cheer, Ninja, Tumbling, and Fitness all with a comprehensive curriculum that allows children to grow in many areas of youth development!
