A more advanced class for students. Gymnasts should be able to do cartwheels, handstands, bridge kick-over, rolls and basic bars, beam and vault skills. Previous gymnastics experience and instructor recommendation required.

Athletes will learn skills on the men’s equipment including rings, parallel bars, pommel horse and high bar. Basic tumbling and vault skills are worked at each class. Fitness and strength skills gained in class will improve performance in gymnastics and other sports.
All new enrollments must pay $75 Annual Class Registration Fee upon enrollment (excluding Gym Tots, Preschool and Gym Stars Classes). Sibling Registration Fee is $40 for each additional sibling. Registration fee includes recommended attire for class.
Families receive 10% off on sibling enrollments!
Members are required to notify us 30 days prior to withdrawing. Your child’s withdrawal date will follow 30 days after notification. Please notify us by email!
