Gym Skills will be offering a DDP Yoga Class brought to you by Positive Power! Come workout with us for 45 minutes and experience a great workout along with all the benefits of Yoga including stretching, mindfulness, and body awareness. This class is being offered by our very own Gym Skills Parent, Brian Weinewuth!
Brian is a Level 1 Certified DDP Yoga Instructor.
