We offer a variety of fitness classes for kids and adults. $50 annual registration
fee for new enrollments. $10 for each additional sibling.
Jump Rope Fitness & Fun (1 time/week)
Looking to strengthen your heart and improve endurance, power, and balance while
having fun? Our new Jump Rope Fitness and Fun program is a combination of moderate
to high intensity cardiovascular workout coupled with strength, flexibility, and
core work. Each
class is instructed by experienced Jump Ropers and Group Fitness Instructors from
the Ohio State University.
Adult Boot Camp Fitness (1 time/week)
Looking to improve your stamina, flexibility, and strength? Our new Conditioning
Class is a combination of moderate to high intensity cardiovascular work with segments
of strength, core work, and flexibility. The class will target the abdominals, back,
and glutes with plenty of jumping, squatting, and sprinting. All skill levels are
encouraged to attend.
